- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just called and the woman here at Kramer and associates was RUDE as hell, what a total put off. I am recently moved back to this area and was going to use them because of all the good reviews on-line. HA! I would suspect their custoner service to be less than optimal, why you would have someone so rude and direct to answer the phone is beyond me. I will take my money elsewhere!!!
