- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been trying to call because my mail has been lost for 3 weeks now and after going up there two days ago and waiting for a call back from the manager I still have yet to receive one and I have a package and medical papers that I desperately need. Instead of answering the phones, they just let them sit there and ring. Rang for 10minutes straight before I hung up. What a joke!!By Shelby, November 03, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not happy with the service at Sioux City Post Office. I have had multiple issues since I moved here 2 years ago. And, can't leave a message as the voicemail mailbox is full and no one ever answers the phone. I have had mail returned to senders using my correct address and yet get mail for other people whom don't live at my address. I also lost a $30 package that they delivered to the wrong address and were not able to recover!By Shelley Timmer, October 10, 2016
