- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Was happy with experience but took longer and longer to get wedding set back, had it sized and put together, was to big , they fixed then had to keep waiting for second person to do appraisals that held things up 2 more weeks. Then had to argue with them that my appraisal was in price quoted for work done, they wanted to recharge me, I stood firm and thankfully kept original paper work. Took in on Feb 7th just getting it back with repairs and appraisals finally today March 11th. 2017! Yah! I LOVE MY RING!By DENISE KOCH, September 23, 2017

Bought a$14,000.00 ring only to find out that one of the diamonds was damaged and they accused me of lying because someone there decided not to record records of my Diamond falling out.
